Richard Horsfield

Richard, the co-founder of theninedot, has spent most of his 29 years business experience working in the IT industry for several of the world's leading technology companies, including Microsoft, IBM and Cisco. Richard has extensive experience in strategic sales planning; marketing solution creation and execution; alliance and channel management.

Karen Horsfield

Karen, the co-founder of theninedot, has spent most of her 25 years business working in the Pharmaceutical industry, as a Sales Director for a number of blue chip employers. Karen has a passion for helping her clients to maximize the talent acquisition strategies and sales management processes.

theninedot has been engaged recently with a number of clients, notably in executing services enablement and business transformation for US-based small and medium-sized IT vendors; advice and guidance to a number of Pacific Northwest based Government trade agencies; and alliance strategy creation for an innovative start-up organization.
